August KGS+ Tournament, Asian/European Daytime division (Winner: Werfeus)
Welcome to the August KGS Plus tournament!
McMahon (bars at 10k and 1d), Simultaneous Schedule. The time settings are
10 minutes Main time plus 5 Byo yomi periods of 20 seconds (10m + 20s x 5) . 1 round every hour, 3 rounds per day, six rounds total. Prizes will be given out every round, so even if you don't think you can win your division, you still have a chance at getting a prize!
IMPORTANT! The conditions for Tournament entry:
- Is McMahon right for you?
People with lower ranks start with fewer points, but they get more balanced
games.
- You must enter with your strongest account, have played rated games for at least
6 weeks, and have played at least 30 games before August 9th, 2014.
- 30 non-KGS Plus members will be allowed in each division. KGS Plus members are
always welcome!
- Players who have been previously disqualified from a KGS tournament are not allowed.
- Please be respectful to your opponents. Rudeness or escaping will not be tolerated.
- Contact the user "sweety" if your KGS Plus account is not your strongest
account.
- You are allowed to compete in only one division.
Please respect your opponents and don't ask a Bye when there are less than 8
players a round.

Prizes
- The winner of the Asian/European Daytime division will get a $24 gift certificate from Kiseido and 1 month of free KGS Plus.
- The winner of the American Daytime division will will get 3 months of free KGS Plus.
- The runner-up of each division will get 1 month of free KGS Plus.
- The highest scored Kyu player of each division will get a $24 gift certificate from Kiseido and 1 month of free KGS Plus.
- Any undefeated players who didn't win one of the above prizes will get 1 month of free KGS Plus.
- Each round, 1 week of free KGS Plus will be awarded at random.
